Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must:

Record a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.

The video must show the outer package, shipping label, and product condition clearly without cuts or pauses.

Send the video and order details to our support team within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
Without proper video proof, we will be unable to process any replacement or refund.

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display will not be considered defects.
