  • We use reliable courier partners for all deliveries (Delhivery / DTDC / Shiprocket).

  • You can choose your preferred shipping option during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.

  • Delivery times may vary during festivals, holidays, or due to courier delays.

  • A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat rate of ₹50 per order.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

5. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.

  • You can check the status of your order directly with the courier using the tracking link.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  • In case of visible damage, record a video of the package before opening and contact us immediately.

  • Vintage Vogue is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
